What Is Better Than Mason Jars? Colored Mason Jars!

Just when you thought you knew all there was to know about these wondrous little jars, they went and changed colors on you.

BEHOLD the DIY colored mason jar!!  So cool!  I can see these all over my house (if my husband will allow it).  Put your pens, your pencils, your utensils, your spare change…put ordinary everyday items for a splash of color and charm.

Here is what you will need:

• Mason Jars (I used Pint but other sizes would work)
• 1 Tablespoon Mod Podge
• 1 teaspoon Water
• 9 drops of food coloring (can mix/match colors, just total 9 drops)
• Jelly Roll Pan
• Plastic Knives or Popsicle sticks
