I laughed when I saw this tutorial because I am currently living with a “genuine bonded leather” ottoman that looks like it has a skin disease. Once it started peeling, there was no stopping it.
I have inquired about re-upholstering but it is more expensive than I had expected and so I am currently living with this terrible ottoman and wondering every day if I should just trash it.
I am so happy to find this tutorial! I can now pick out the fabric I love (getting my husband to agree on fabric is a whole other challenge) and just do this myself!
