My cast iron skillet is one of my favorite things in the kitchen. I love to fry bacon in it, bake frittatas, bake corn bread and sear meat. It’s such a multi-functional item and and so inexpensive that it is constantly surprising me.
This recipe is no exception. I had no idea that I could actually make real bread in my skillet and I cannot wait to try!
