If I have learned anything over the past 9 years of feeding my kids 3-5x/day, it is that if your kid doesn’t want to eat something, they won’t eat it. (Unless of course you promise them something afterwards that they really DO want, then you can actually get them to eat pretty much anything.)
A better way would be to get them to want to eat what you made and you can do this…if you just prepare it right.
