Christmas ornaments are SO expensive! They one of those items that always has surprising price tag. When my husband and I first moved into our home we went to Pier One the week after Christmas and bought so many ornaments! Everything was 75% off so we really went to town buying $400 worth of ornaments for $100.
Never looked back.
Since then, we have added to our collection an ornament or two each year and of course, lots that our kids have made by hand. (Those are the best!)
