Bell peppers are one of those veggies that I have always found are a challenge to cut up properly. Like a mango, they are an odd shape with seeds that get in the way and so my slices or dices just never look very pro.

I’ve cut out the center like that, too, but I prefer to cut some of the white membrane off because it tends to be bitter.
