Making my kid’s lunch every day has become somewhat of a terrible experience! Almost every healthy sandwich and snack that they once had on their “approved list” has now gone on the “do not ever put that in my lunch again” list and I am down to toasted seaweed and organic cheese puffs from Target (these are a GREAT deal, BTW) as the two things they will all actually eat.

I am VERY excited about this recipe on the next page because I have no doubt that my kids will love this…
