Brilliant! I don’t like the look of the coat hanger trick. The tie down or bungee cord tip is amazing!

  2. Katie Dooley says:

I like this idea too. I have a tiny kitchen and very little cupboard space. I don’t mind displaying my pots and lids. To each his or her own.

  3. Julia Kunkel says:

I use an old box. It doesn’t have to be a big box maybe the size of a boot box. I stand all my kids in that box. It holds about 15.

  4. Yes, I got two ! That video lokks ugly!

  5. I also have a cardboard box under my cabinet! Great minds

  6. Frank Luck says:

  10. Sheri Angel says:

good idea..I dont like using cardboard because afraid it will attract bugs but will find something ..maybe wood or plastic ..thanks for sharing

  11. I can’t imagine it won’t scratch the inside of the doors all to hell craning the kids in & out. Plus if your cabinets are full to the edges the doors won’t close. Also those hooks have to sit for hours before you hang anything on them. Dumb idea.

  12. I don’t like putting weight on cabinet doors.

  13. If you happen to close the door fast. Or. Hard the whole thing could fall ….just saying

  14. Peggy King says:

What a wonderful idea..There you go John.

  15. Exactly. Clever though. I’m still trying to get over the cabinet doors color, that lime green. Ha

  16. Wow some people can be so hateful sad

  17. I can’t get back the time I took trying to wipe a piece of hair off of my screen

  18. Geez people…I’m sure that whoever came up with the idea felt proud of themselves. Why be so mean? If you don’t like it move on! Some people can’t afford to just go buy a lid rack and have to make do. I obviously happen to have hangers. I also already have command hooks from Christmas decorating. So if I didn’t already have a set up for my lids it may have been helpful and cost nothing. Why be ugly to others? Does it make someone feel better as a person to bash someone else?

  19. Why’d he take so long to do it? It dragged on and on. And then it was so stupid. I’m with Sharon Munmelly Masuda….

  20. I turn the lid upside down on the pan and stack them. Three high doesn’t take much space.

  21. Not worth it for 3 lids.

  22. Looks like there are a lot of critical unhappy people in this world. I appreciate ANYONE willing to share something that works for them. If you don’t like it … just don’t do it. Stop being so negative.

  23. I have a basket on top of my fridge for pan lids and all my pans hang on the wall.

  24. It’s that time again. Smog and registration.

  25. I wish they’d just show it. I’m tired of scrolling thru and trying to find the post. Have to keep looking and clicking. I quit looking at these.

  26. Amy Knoch says:

As long as you aren’t generally south of middle America. Palmetto bugs and roaches love cardboard boxes and they are everywhere in the south.

  27. Cool idea but why didn’t he make them level that would drive me nuts. Plus the other cabinet door wasn’t even! I like the pic with the actual lid holder some one shared. Didn’t know they even make those but I’m gonna get one.

  28. They don’t clang around when you open and close the cabinet?

  29. Don’t understand. His cabinets are empty!

  30. Amanda Fauls says:

I hot glued clothespin to the inside of my cabinet. They hold koolaid packs and all different kinds of seasoning packs. The inner shelves won’t allow for anything bulky.

  31. Who needs 15 pots?????

  32. Diane Irby says:

i got this rack at the $1 store

  33. Linda Virtue says:

Some people already have the stuff lying around from other projects.

  34. Mari Sanders says:

While the concept is helpful, I have no lids that are that light and flat. My lids are thick and heavy.

  35. Seriously dude you got 3 lids on the inside of a door….haha…..sorry that’s a fail!

  36. Stupid l would not use thisbidea

  37. Loryie DeTar says:

This us better than the hanger idea
