• fabric (obviously doesn’t HAVE to be emerald green!)
• Scissors
• hot glue or fabric glue
• gold rings (see video)
• gold chain with clasp)
• felt
• paper
• jewelry pliers

Gotta love DIY jewelry that looks this on-trend and makes such a statement.  When gluing the rosettes, be sure to hide the glue and as a final step, make sure that all the felt backing is cut away from anywhere it shows through.  DETAILS, PEOPLE!!
