Balloon “Dipped” Mason Jars

Materials:

• Scissors
• Balloons (colors of you choice)
• Mason Jars

Directions:

• Fold the balloon lengthwise
• Cut off the neck
• Make a second cut about a third of the way down on the opposite end.
• Pull the balloon up around the bottom of the mason jar (smaller hole goes on the bottom).  You can stablize the jar between your legs or even better, have another person hold the the jar while you get the balloon on.
• VOILA!
