All you need is a scissors and…oh, yeah…JUST THE SCISSORS.
Cut off the top of the bag, fold the top inside and push up the chips from the bottom.
Chips in a “bowl”. DONE.

This may to be the right solution for anyone who some has Martha Stewart in their blood, but if the party has already started and you just don’t care, this is a perfect way to serve everyone and not have the chips all over the floor.
