1. Fill the sink with warm water and a capful of baby shampoo. (Some say conditioner works well, too)
2. Put the item in the water/baby shampoo and work it into the item. This will relax the fibers.
3. Remove the garment from the water and squeeze it out. DO NOT rinse it, though. You want to shampoo to stay in it.
4. Lay out a large towel and lay the garment on it. Roll the garment up in the towel to get out all the excess water.
5. Lay out the damp garment on a dry towel and stretch it out as it dries. Pull out the arms or legs as it dries and leave it to sit there to completely dry. You could put a fan on it if you wanted. Continue to stretch the item out as it dries till it’s back to its original size.
When you try the item on again, you will be pleasantly surprised!
