Ingredients:
- I wasn’t lying, one banana and 1 cup of oatmeal. (Make sure the banana is ripe)
- You can also add a handful of raisins if you like.
Directions:
- With your hands, mash up the banana and oats till well combined. (Mix in optional raisins, too)
- Form the mixture into cookie shapes.
- Place on a sprayed pan and bake at 350 for 15-20 min. (You can also microwave them for 30 sec-1 min!)
That’s it!!
These are so healthy that I have to admit I do throw chocolate chips in them from time to time. And I don’t even feel guilty.
