Extra Simple $4 DIY Lantern

This is a super-simple and fun DIY!

Materials:

• 4 5 x 7 Dollar Store picture frames
• Spray paint (color and finish of your choice)
• Quality glue (LocTite, Gorilla Glue or E6000 are good choices)
• Vinyl tape or Washi Tape (Optional)

Directions:

1. Remove the glass from the frames and spray paint the frames on both sides will fully covered.  2-3 coats letting them dry in between.
2. The optional step of adding the tape is best done before you put the glass back in the frames.  You can do a simple rectangular pattern or anything you choose.  A cool diagonal pattern should also be cool.
3. Put the glass back in the frames and glue the frames together.  Hole them together as they start to adhere and let them dry overnight.
