    This looks pretty, but it isn’t very practical. It would be a pain to do a deep cleaning with it actually attached to the wood. (We have all forgotten to empty the cooler after a party at least once!) I think the better idea would be to simply make a cooler stand or holder. You could make a lid to cover it when not in use, and it would be easy to lift the cooler out and give it a good scrubbing if needed. You could actually hinge the side of the box so the cooler could be taken out easily.
