I honestly thought that everyone knew this already but if it’s a little-known secret in Oprah’s world, then I will take her word for it.
When we remodeled our kitchen 10 years ago, we did allocate a high cabinet to storing cookie sheets and serving platters vertically so I can attest that this IS the best way to do it. In my home growing up, my mom stacked everything and it was impossible to get to stuff.
