Mangos have a giant and odd-shaped seed in the middle which can make them a challenge to peel and slice up. But with this trick, you can just slice off the two main sections from the sides of the seed and get any ordinary glass to instantly have a nice, big piece of mango meat from both sides.

As you can see from the video, the glass he uses is not even a very thin-rimmed one. I would guess that this mango in the video is very ripe and soft so if you were working with one that was more firm, a thinner rimmed glass would be perfect for slightly more edge.
Here is another tip: For instantly cubed pieces, grid the mango with your knife first, then use the glass:
