The secret is simple and every since I have done this, I have not had a problem. My eggs come out perfect and the peel slides right off. It’s HEAVEN!
All you need to do is ADD LOTS OF SALT TO THE WATER.
I use about a tablespoon or so of kosher salt. I usually boil a dozen eggs at time.
Please try this and let me know how it goes!
FYI, I also use the Martha Stewart method of putting the eggs into cool water and then bringing the water to a boil. Let it come to a full boil, and then turn off the flame, leaving the eggs in the pot for about 15 minutes and then run under cold water to stop them from cooking.
