It's WISE to DIY: Thrify Ideas for the Do-It-Yourselfer

She Cuts A Heart Out Of This Non-Slip Mat and Then Makes Something ADORABLE!!

I recognized the kind of non-slip mat she uses in this craft because it is the same kind  of mat that I use to line all my kitchen shelves and drawers.

I have never seen anyone craft with this stuff but when I saw what she made, I was SO IMPRESSED!

This is a simple craft that is perfect to do while you watch your favorite show.  Check it out on the next page…

  1. I’ve made 2 of these with tshirts…. really cute, but very time consuming. Mine were throw rug size. I used the nonslip rug mat & latch hook . Really cute project!

I feel like this was just another baton click because they say will follow this link to see what she does adorable and then instead just telling you they make you up a whole big production video on it I don’t want to watch the big production video I just want to know what they’re talking about

  3. That’s not a mug rug, it’s way too big. It’s also too small for a rug. I’m thinking the only thing it’s good for is to hang on a wall.

  4. Just what I was going to say:)

  5. If you are crafty it seems this can be made any size. The question was do you have any ideas. I don’t think we need negative responses. Don’t do it if you don’t like it.

  15. My mother and mother in law use to cut plastic bags in strips and crochet rugs out of them. I’ve seen them use bread sacks in the rugs. Bags from dry cleaners work real good too. Do them just like you would do rag rugs.
