Organize all your markers in a wine rack!  Gosh, why not?  This is so perfect because not only can you keep them organized when they are out of use, but it also is a great way to have them on hand when you ARE using them!

Depending on the type of rack you have, you may need to get plastic jars to keep the markers on the racks.

I actually kind of love the boxes because it makes it easier to take them out for use and put them back without making any messes.
