  1. Great idea for privacy issues

  2. Freida says:

I did this with colored tissue paper on my glass front door and side windows. Beautiful … just tare the paper into pieces and paste it on with the liquid starch.(I used a paint brush ) To take it off ( months later ) just spritz with water let it soak a few minutes and scrape off .

With a slightly thicker mixture you can attach thin cotton fabric to short walls…like hanging wallpaper, but it’s fabric.

  4. Rose says:

I use liquid starch. Pick your fabric, completely wet, then squeeze out excess and put on wall, door, or window. Run a towel or sponge over fabric to make it totally flat, no air bubbles. When u want to change for something different, peel it off and wash. I have done seasonal fabrics or your favorite team, or whatever you like. I recommend a cotton blend or nothing heavy.

Try Elmer’s school glue, it can be washed off. I used white tissue paper since that’s what I had on hand. Used it on the small windows on my front door to dim the outside house light. Try looking around the craft store for options in the scrapbooking isle, there are plenty of options.
