Am I the only one that got stuck on hearing “tin foil?” Aluminum foil maybe. or really sandpaper works better. And I have never heard of cutting duct tape with scissors, just pinch the top and rip like you would a piece of paper. But yes paint in soap dispensers, awesome.

  3. Holdover from my grandmother and mother, to call it tin foil. And those of us who quilt would never, ever use sandpaper to give scissors a sharper cut for fear it would scratch up the scissors. As I’ve never been successful tearing duct tape, I thought that was a good idea …. different strokes for different folks, huh? Oh, well. Have a fun day!

I also found out today that cheap duct tape is not worth the money. Go for the real stuff like “Duck” brand.
