It's WISE to DIY: Thrify Ideas for the Do-It-Yourselfer

She Puts Wax And Crayons In The Microwave–The Result? GORGEOUS!!

COLOR BLOCKED CRAYON CANDLES

Materials:  According to brit.co

– Dixie Cups
– wax (available on Amazon)
– crayons
– wicks (available on Amazon)
– votives
– popsicle sticks (for stirring)

You will also need a plate stand for propping the candles up or something that hacks the job.

You are going to melt the wax and crayons together in the dixie cups in the microwave.  Stir it up and pour it into the votive at an angle, keeping the wick in place.  Let the first layer dry about 30 minutes and then move on to the next layer.
