Keeping protein on hand for last minute meals is quite a difficult thing to do.

It seems that I am either buying too much and having to throw some of it away or I freeze it and always forget to take it out to defrost in time to use it for dinner.

Either way, I am often in a bind when it comes to a main course.  This is a genius solution to fix that!

    Stacks better in the freezer and quick thawing time.

    I have been doing this for decades in 1# & 1.5# sandwich bags, They stack better in the freezer and thaw quicker when you need it. And, no freezer burn unless bag gets damaged.
