This is so easy to do that all you need is a picture tutorial. It IS hard to decipher what exactly is being wrapped around this inner tube but if I could add my own two cents, I would say that a JERSEY (or T-shirt) fabric would work great. It would stretch in all directions and be nice and soft to the touch. You could cut long strips of it and use fabric glue to attach the pieces as you wrapped them around.

Great idea!!!! What did you use to wrap the tube ?
This has both of my grand children’s names written all over it, Victoria Jade Vitali and Vincent Vitali let’s round up two inner tubes and make this one. don’t U think ??????
Great idea, you could use all kinds of fabrics, jute rope, or outdoor fabric would be great too for deck or yard sitting.
