All you have to do is get a good misting spray bottle.
Get the oil of your choice. (I wouldn’t recommend coconut oil since it gets solid at colder temps.) So use olive oil, canola (ORGANIC-NOT GMO!) or whatever you like.
Put the oil in your mister with some water and shake before every use.
This is too easy not to do, right?

I just use oil in a little dish and brush it on with a silicone brush.
why added water?
