So often I pull out the last of the strawberries or the last two peaches and they are just too ripe to be eaten–they have a bruise or two and are just too soft for anyone to enjoy.
I hate this because I spend a lot of money on fruit–especially in the summer on things like berries and stone fruit!
This is a wonderful hack and a perfect way to put that JUST TOO ripe fruit to perfect use!
