Such A Cool And Easy Technique To Get Shattered Glass Nails!

First, paint your nails black (or any color you chose as the base color–black is a good choice for this particular effect).  Let that dry.

Then apply a clear coat and with a tweezers, apply the nail art glass glitter.  After you have affixed the glitter to the nail, press it down with your fingertips.

Finish off with a top coat to seal it down.
