The Best Thing To Do With A Brownie

DIRECTIONS:

• Fill up your muffin tin with brownie mix about 3/4 of the way.
• Bake 1/2 way through.
• Spray the BOTTOM of a second muffin tray.
• When the brownies are half-way baked, take them out and gently press the second muffin tray on top of the first.  Continue baking them till they are done.
• When they are cooled, fill them with ice cream and your favorite topping and don’t forget to eat the bowl!

This is such an amazing idea for a kid’s birthday…or a Superbowl party…or a fun dinner…potluck…oh, heck, let’s just make these for a weekday snack!
