The Recipe Doesn’t Say To Lay Down Parchment Paper But Martha Stewart Does!

All you need is parchment paper.

And the recipe won’t tell you to do this.  But you do it anyway!

Grease your pan, lay down an oversized parchment paper, butter or grease the parchment paper and THEN pour in your brownie batter.

No fail.
