According to sheknows, here are your supplies:

• Glass vase (found at Target)
  E6000 (or any type of strong adhesive)
  Brass nail heads (found at Home Depot)
  Scrap leather
  Wood

This is a pretty simple craft whereby you will be attaching the leather to the wood and the vase will hang from the leather strap.  A very cool-looking way to get your toothbrush off the bathroom counter!
