I actually learned this technique a while back and I have never since cut a watermelon any other way.
I love the way it gives you such easy to eat pieces!
After I cut it up, I usually store it in a ziplock bag in the fridge and funny enough, the watermelon kind of marinates in it’s own juice and becomes sweeter and more delicious after about 24 hours.
If you know of a better way to handle a watermelon, please share!
