You can fight with a head of garlic and struggle to peel each individual clove but that is really not necessary. Even if you only need a clove or two, this method will get the whole head prepped and you can refrigerate the unused portion for about a week. (With peeled garlic int he fridge, you will be more likely to use it again soon, right?)
