Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almond or cashew butter (RAW is BEST)
- 4 TBSP RAW honey
- 3 cups dry organic oats
- 2-3 scoops of vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder
- 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 TBSP dark chocolate chips (70% or higher)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
Directions:
- Blend the dry oats in a blender or coffee grinder till it resembles flour.
- Mix ALL the ingredients in a bowl until well blended (don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty).
- Roll into 1″ balls.
- Store in the freezer for later.
This recipe will make about 20-25 cookie dough balls.
You could even give this recipe a healthy boost by adding chia seeds, hemp seeds, spirulina powder (this WILL make them green!) or many other wonderful superfoods!
