It's WISE to DIY: Thrify Ideas for the Do-It-Yourselfer

This Mason Jar Craft Is Perfect For Fall!

FALL MASON JAR “SNOW” GLOBES

Materials:

According to premeditated leftovers:

  • Canning jar with lid
  • Hot glue, glue gun
  • Twigs or sticks
  • Twine
  • Silk leaves
  • Red, yellow, and orange metallic confetti (we used a chili pepper garland from our local craft store, and simply cut the peppers into small bits to look like leaves)
  1. First fill your jar with water (just water, no oils needed since the confetti is weighted).
  2. Then hot glue your twig to the center of the lid.
  3. Add the confetti into the water.
  4. Hot glue the lid to the jar and allow ample time to dry.
  5. Decorate the outside of the lid with twine and silk leaves.

Beautiful!
