Sometimes my kids are so hungry (or I am so hungry) that even waiting for the water to boil to cook pasta can seem like an eternity! I am sure you have been there.
As we all know, a watched pot never boils and guess what! You no longer need to watch a pot, nor wait for it to boil.

I tried this, but, never again,,,pasta WAS sticking together in clumps, not enough room to move around, and, everytime you turn your back, the water will be boiled away,,,better have another gallon of water sitting right next to your stove,,,,I’ll keep doing pasta the old way,,,!
