What He Did To This Wall After Covering It With Plywood Made It The Best Room In The House!

First, he collected a ton of reclaimed pallet wood and loaded it up in the car:

Back at the house, he put up vertical boards on the wall a few feet apart and to those, he nailed 18mm ply sheets covering the whole wall. He left holes for electrical and wired up lights that would hit each side of the bed.  (Good thinking.)

Next, he started covering the wall in the reclaimed wood.  Slowly but surely and installing the lights as he went:

Finally, he worked his way all the way down and minimized dust with a clear, matt lacquer spray:

There was no picture of the girlfriend’s face when she saw it but I am pretty sure it was all smiles.
