  5. He had 2 pallets, pvc pipe, spray paint, some extra wood and castors.

Here is how he did it:

    1. First, he sanded the pallets down to ensure no splinters.

    2. Then he bolted the two pallets together, added legs and castors.

  6. could do this with other wood too. Just get your pvc and make the side and back and paint.. Not sure I want it on casters unless they lock.. Oh places I could scoot off of..

  7. I would like one of these on my patio

  8. Very cool project. I can do this!

Sorry I got to give this two thumbs down. WHY do people seem to continue to look upon Pallets as a cheap source for wood?? Unless you are buying thiese yourself directly from a mill that produese them you have NO CONTROL over what possible contaminates they have been in contact with Some of which could be cl$#%&!@*ified as toxic yet I contiunally see them made into furniture, Picnic tables and even cribs for babies C’mon people use some common sense! Even if you buy these directly yourself from a mill the point remains you could by clean rough sawn lumber without all the nails for less money!

    This is awesome!!!

  14. Sharon Henry says:

People do this because as consumers we are using too many resources on our planet. Anytime you can repurpose or recycle is good. Just use common sense. You can seal it to protect yourself.

  15. looks like the pallets have more slates than what is in the original pics of what he put together. is that right and how done to even out?

If you don’t mind rolling of the Deck and falling when the PVC gives way then YES it is good……….

  22. angryblackman says:

this is dumb. with the rollers on it, one will just roll right off of that deck, and with only three vertical pipes in the back, the pillow will just fall right through when someone leans back on them.

  23. @[100008798798343:2048:Jeffrey Nelson] you could do this on our new patio! 🙂

  24. Pallets are cheap wood. Will fall apart. Need to buy some better wood and make them yourself.

  25. Jimmy Stacy says:

the back rest would suck.Close but no cigar, every woman in the world unless she made it herself would hate it.
