You Will NEVER Guess Why He Cuts Up This Old Tire Like This!! NEVER!!

All you need is a sharp knife and an old tire of any size (pick these up for free at a junk yard or tire store).

You are going to take your knife and cut out the top of the tire like so:

Continue around the whole tire:

Now you have a smooth finish and a beautiful top!IMG00652-20120527-1851_thumb9After you paint this guy, you will have a gorgeous planter on your hands that you can set out in your backyard or hand from above!

You can also cut the bottom out the same way and it becomes a very pretty base.
